Paw Approved: Where to Bring the Dog in Beirut

There is a difference between a place that allows dogs and a place that is pleased to see one. The first gives you the table by the bins and brings the water bowl when you have asked twice. The second has it down before you have taken your coat off, and the staff greet the dog before they greet you.

Beirut has more of the second kind than it used to.
