Yes, discovery on LYVV is completely free

LYVV is currently available in English only.

You can sign up with your mobile number. You’ll receive a one-time code (OTP) for verification; no passwords needed.

Make sure your number is correct and that you have network coverage. If it still doesn’t arrive, try again after a few minutes or contact our support team at connect@lyvv.com.

When you first sign up, LYVV asks you to choose at least three interests to personalize your experience. This helps us personalized your LYVV experience and show you places that match your vibe.

Email verification adds a layer of security to your account. It also helps us send you personalized updates; like leaderboard progressor trending places in your city. You won’t get spammed, just useful updates.

Enabling location allows LYVV to show you the most relevant nearby places and experiences.

No password is required! LYVV uses one-time codes (OTP) for every login; just enter your phone number, get your code, and you’re in.

Yes, you can deactivate your account at any time from your profile settings. If you want to permanently remove your data, contact our support team.

LYVV’s mission is to make going out great again. It covers everything worth experiencing, including where to Dine, Stay, or Experience. Think restaurants, cafés, rooftops, hotels, guesthouses, wellness retreats, escape rooms, cultural events, and more. If it’s a place to go, it’s on LYVV.

Not at the moment; but if a business isn’t listed, you can suggest it to our team through LYVV’s website or social media pages.

Listings are categorized by “Perfect For”, “Vibes”, “Cuisine” (where applicable), and “Price Range”; helping you find spots that match your mood, occasion, or budget.

Check that your location access is turned on in your phone’s settings.

After visiting a place, open its profile on the app and tap “Add Review.” Answer a few quick questions, add photos or videos, and share your vibe!

Yes, all reviews are visible to other users on the listing’s profile.

Yes. Verified business owners can reply to reviews directly from their LYVV Partner Center dashboard.

All reviews appear instantly. However, reviews can be reported if they contain offensive or false content. Reported reviews are reviewed by LYVV’s moderation team and removed if they don’t meet the LYVV Reviewing Terms.

Because your voice matters! Every review helps others discover better places, and LYVV rewards that effort. You earn points for each review; the more detailed and consistent you are, the higher you climb the leaderboard.

For now, your points count toward your position on the LYVV leaderboard. You’ll earn recognition, badges, and bragging rights. More options will be introduced in future updates.

Every question in every review earns you points. The more questions you answer, the more points you collect.

Your current ranking appears in your profile and in the leaderboard section.

Yes! You can follow friends, influencers, or other reviewers to keep up with their experiences.

Not. LYVV is focused on discovery and reviews.

If yes, how? Yes! If you manage or own a venue, you can claim its profile directly in the LYVV app. Once claimed and verified, you’ll gain access to the listing’s dashboard to manage its information and engage with your customers.

Yes. LYVV relies on live data to show you nearby places and the latest reviews, so an internet connection is required.
